Hello All-
Well since it's been awhile I thought I would make a post. :)
What's been going on since Feb you might ask? Let me give you an update...
1. Still working, still don't have money and the Nats are still losing...
2. I've recently picked up kickball and playing on a league and meeting new DC friends.
3. Loving looking at all things baby and bridal... and no I'm not referring to myself. :)
4. Still loving smiley faces apparently :)
5. Made another trip to the fabulous Avalon, NJ for a week vacay with my girls, it was a great time, if you need pick then you have my Facebook page!
6. Getting sadder by the day that summer is winding down but at least my Skins and Mountaineers start playing again soon!
Well I'm in desperate need of cake and I'm all out of things to say, see you soon!

Hello all :)
This weekend was a fab time as always, spent all of my time in the DC/Arlington area...
After work on Friday I was definitely down for an evening out with the best girlfriends ever. I will have to say that this took some convincing on Kait's part, I was not sold on the idea earlier in the day. So after dinner and getting ready Kait and I headed to Christine and Whitney's and then Union Jacks for a ladies night. Mindy joined us later in the night and we enjoyed drinks and some dancing...
Saturday my parents left to go visit my little brother at Guilford College, he plays lacrosse there, and his team lost 18-4, maybe I'll give him better luck when I go watch him play this weekend :) So Saturday was mostly lazy day and then I headed to Christine's early with Tucker to go shopping at Tysons. Nothing really good, I've been disappointed lately by my recent mall trips. Saturday night was a lot of fun, Me, Christine, Whitney, Julie and Katy headed to Midtown for Bryce's bday. Never been, but tons of fun and definitely a good place to go if you're in the mood to dance and want more of a club scene instead of the bar scene...
Sunday I was totally tired and definitely hungover :) so just layed around and watched the Oscars and of course I had to include my fav outfit from last night, loved Anne Hathaway's Armani dress ...well thats all for now, I'll let you know how the rest of this week goes...

This weekend I headed to the fabulous Avalon, NJ to spend time with my other fam, the Knoll's. Oh and of course my Valentine Kaitlyn Anne :) Of course I had a fab time and as always in Avalon, drama was present, I can never go without there being some. Here are some highlights from the weekend (I stole Lauren's outline from her recent post) :)
Btw, these are in no particular order.
1. First of all since my Mom was pretty much my only Vday prospect, she got me a card and a "Lucky Love Frog", lets just say he worked within hours of arriving in Avalon.
2. Listening to the 90's on 9 channel on my satellite radio on the way to Avalon and guessing all of the names of the old songs. Btw, this is a great game on a road trip.
3. Arriving in Avalon at 12:45 am, of course Jill (Kait's mom) and Donna (Kait's aunt) are still out partying, not answering their phones and forcing us to go to the bar in our sweatshirts and Ugg's with little make-up.
4. Arriving to find that a guy that I met on NYE in Avalon is there with all of his friends all weekend. Random. (More to come on this one btw).
5. I did one too many red headed slut shots this weekend, therefore from here on out, I will refuse anymore red headed slut shots, I officially hate them.
6. Aunt Donna being referred to as a "Cougar". I'd say if she wasn't married, this title would definitely stick. :)
7. Checking out Aunt Donna and Uncle Jimmy's new condo and contemplating on never having kids so I can have oodles of money to spend on myself and outfitting my beach house with amazing furniture from Ethan Allen.
8. Post sweatshirt and Uggs at the bar, Kait and I decided to take John McFadden (a Philly cop, not sure why we knew his full name) and his ridiculously drunk friends home. One in particular, Justin, sat in my front seat, spoke to my bluetooth commands in my car, fell out of my car (mind you my car is only about 3ft off of the ground and proceeded to say "I didn't think the car was that high!" and said thanks for giving him a ride home and then shouted "You're beautiful B!".
9. Again post sweatshirt and Uggs, Jill and Aunt Donna decided it would be a great idea to go back to these other boys house (the guy I met NYE btw NOT the ones we gave a ride home). We show up, get a tour of their house, decide they have no food and we leave. Kait and I did not intend on our first night being a late night but we didn't get in bed until 3am. oops.
10. Watching the stupid idiots jump in the ocean in their bathing suits in the middle of February. Best outfit goes to a really large man wearing a patriotic bikini. Pics are posted on Facebook for your viewing pleasure.
11. Post Polar Plunge, heading to the Springfield Inn (might get the award for trashiest NJ bar) for day drinking, getting hit on by a 37 year old man asking me to meet him in Dewey Beach for seafood, Aunt Donna feeding me red headed slut shots and sharing drinks, dancing to my all time favorite jam (Earth, Wind and Fire's "September")
12. I discovered I have a new love for Mr. and Mrs. T's Bloody Mary mix, just the mix, no vodka needed. But this weekend if I did decide to add vodka it was Absolute Peppar, delish :)
13. After the Springfield, everyone napped in intervals at the Knoll's condo to rally for Sat night. Best rally goes to Uncle John, he managed to sleep for an hour, get up get ready went out and stayed out until 2 am. Who says 50 isn't fun?
14. Saturday night lets just say I decided to make some bad decisions regarding NYE boy. It didn't go well. I found out he doesn't like underwear and came up a little short if you know what I mean. I shaddy dipped around 3:30 am back to the Knoll's. :)
15. One of the reasons why I love NJ, is the fact that they pump your gas for you. Its a law and a savior because by Monday morning there was no way I was in the mood to get out of the car and pump my own gas. Oh and btw, Wawa is a fav too but until I found out they do not have Dr. Pepper as a fountain soda. Wtf.
16. One of NYE boy's friends seemed to be the bait all weekend. We later found out that the reason why he is such a good dancer/singer is because he has thighs of steel and is an R&B/Pop singer (I kid you not, look him up on Myspace- Brian Michael) and he's pretty cute. Or so we thought until we look at our pics from the weekend. Beer goggles anyone? But anyway, Blair or Aunt Donna would've gone home with him any night this weekend. Remember, Aunt Donna is MARRIED.
17. By Sunday we were all pretty toast, so we just enjoyed a great bday dinner with Uncle John, and of course there were more red headed slut shots and cherry bombs (a new fav shot btw).
18. I couldn't end in an odd number so I had to put a number 18. My OCD I guess.
Hope you enjoyed my highlights from my awesome mini vaycay. Btw (have I said this enough during this post?) if I work with you and you are reading this, none of these will be discussed during work hours. Thanks for your cooperation :)
